Hirafu Village will again see a boast in local amenities for the coming season and beyond with a supermarket set to open it’s doors in the first week of December.

The Niseko Supermarket and Deli will be located on the ground floor of the commercial space in Shiki and will stock a wide range of quality goods including: fresh meats, dairy, vegetables ( some organic ), fruit, bread, kitchen and bathroom supplies, baby supplies, locally produced cosmetics, wines beer, spirits, champagne, regional sake and more.

Ben Harding from Niseko Black is the driving force in the new venture. He wants to improve the infrastructure of the area and provide visitors with an option to shop locally for a wide range of products and daily groceries, without the need to visit Kutchan.

There will be several other new businesses opening in the space including a Teppanyaki restaurant which will also offer a breakfast and a lunch buffet as well as a spectacular a la carte dinner menu.
