Niseko Shootout

Bangers! Let's see em!

The guys from Hokkaido Core are kicking off a very cool photo competition – Niseko Shootout. A photo contest that hope could some day turn into an invitational event for photographer/ pro-rider teams with different categories and different days at each mountain.

Here is a shout out from Winse:

“We are incredibly proud and excited to announce the 2017-2018 Niseko Shootout!

With the support of @powderlife_com and @icelantic_skis we’re seeking the season’s best, uniquely Niseko, ski and snowboard photographs. The rules are simple…

Use hashtag #nisekoshootout on any of your ski or snowboard shots in the Niseko area from now until March 15th.

That’s it! You’ll be entered and the winner will take home a pair of @icelantic_skis 17/18 Nomad 105 Lites!

Please follow @hokkaido.core ( in instagram ) for contest updates throughout the season. Have a look at our page to see the types of shots we’re after, but we are open to any and all entries that showcase on-mountain Niseko life. From smartphones to DSLRs, deep powder to sunny day smiles, we look forward to seeing the shots!

All entries must be submitted by 3/15 6pm JST. The winner will be announced on 3/20, we appreciate your patience while we verify all the entries. Winners will be judged by members of the team at Hokkaido Core.

Per Instagram rules, we must mention this is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram, Inc. By entering, entrants confirm they are 13+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s term of use.

By entering the contest, all entrants grant the Niseko Shootout presenter and official sponsors permission to repost (along with a name credit) on social media and use on websites and blogs in connection with the contest and promotion of the contest.”
