As i am sure we have said hundreds of times – we love Niseko. There are seemingly endless great zones to ski and snowboard. A lesser know fact is that there are at least 4 amazing ski resorts not far from Niseko United that offer excellent day trip options:
Last week we ventured to Kokusai and scored 40-50cm of fresh snowfall overnight and were rewarded with overhead faceshots all day.

We were expertly guided through the resort by Mane from Hokkaido Mountain Experience who got us in and out of the best spots like a true pro. There are lot’s of guiding companies based in the Niseko region who offer day tours to any of the above resorts and can’t recommend a day tour highly enough especially if you score amazing conditions like we did.
