Unfortunately due to insufficient snow Grand Hirafu will not be opening tomorrow as planned.
“Although we previously announced that Grand HIRAFU will open for this year’s season on November 23, 2016, poor conditions due to insufficientsnow cover have led us to the decision today to postpone.”

The good news is there is snow in the forecast so hopefully the resort will be opening before too long…maybe this weekend?
