Earlier this morning we were treated with the spectacular sight of Venus shining brightly to the east from Hirafu Village. The photos don’t quite do it justice….

Seeing Venus, Jupiter and Mars all lined up just above Mt.Yotei an hour before sunrise was awe inspiring and a fantastic way to start the day!

It is another perfect autumn day here in Niseko and possibly the last chance for a while to savour the clear skies and warmish weather as it looks like the first taste of winter is due to arrive on Sunday with snowfall predicted into Monday!! Will we see first tracks next week?

For anyone in Niseko don’t forget to change your tyres today as it is a safe to say you’ll be needing your winter tyres soon!!
