*0cm has fallen in the last 24 hours in Niseko. At 09:00 today the temperature was 12°C. A fine morning and warm temperatures. After yesterday’s dismal weather it is great to have sunshine back. Conditions on the groomed runs will be excellent today. The temperature is expected to start dropping in the early afternoon as the wind switches to the north and cold air start streaming into the region. There is actually a chance of snowfall overnight at higher elevations. Back country touring will be fun today as yesterday’s rain will have “re-set” the spring snow and we can expect excellent spring corn conditions out there.
