*0cm of fresh snow has fallen in the last 24hrs in Hirafu Village. At 7:00 today the temperature was -7°C. Unseasonably warm temperatures have been forecast for pretty much all of Japan and here in Niseko we can’t escape the rise. Avalanche warnings are in place so please be careful out there. Take care around buildings as well as there will probably be lots of roofs shedding today. The R word has been forecast for the weekend and then back to fresh snowfall on Monday. The good news is it will actually be fun cruising around the the resorts in the beautiful warm weather.
