*10cm of fresh snow as fallen in the last 24hrs just outside of Hirafu Village. At 07:00 today the temperature was -4°C.
Conditions are overcast down to the resort level. Snow quality is good and should remain so while the temperature is below zero. Due to the strong wind last night the snow did not start accumulating on the measuring platform until a few hours after the storm started, so there should be well more than 10cm in some spots on the mountain.
After almost a week of absence the snow clearer was back this morning.
