*12cm of fresh snow has fallen in the last 24hrs just outside of Hirafu Village. At 7:00 today the temperature was -2°C.

After what seems like an eternity we are back with a solid overnight dump!! It is presently snow heavily in Hirafu village and it looks like the reset button has been well and truly pushed! Snowfall is predicted throughout the week.
