*14.5cm has fallen in the last 24 hours in Niseko. At 07:00 today the temperature was -5°C. Well well well. Winter has certainly returned with a vengeance! The coldest conditions of the season so far with Kutchan only expecting a top temperature of -2 today! Here in the Niseko region it will be even lower and higher up on the mountain….face masks are the go! This morning we have some beautiful snow on offer – light n dry! With the decent top up over the last 24 hrs which is expected to continue it will be interesting to see if Niseko Hanazono, Niseko Village and Moiwa Niseko open as scheduled tomorrow!! Conditions will be fun up on the mountain today with some sweet wind blown deposits accumulating 😉
