*1cm or more has fallen since 07:00 yesterday in Niseko. At 8:00 today the temperature was -1°C. After a weekend of heavy rainfall thankfully the rain has turned to snow and it is presently snowing. The snowfall is forecast to get heavier throughout the day along with strong winds producing the first blizzard for the season. Snowfall is predicted for the next week so fingers crossed for the resorts to open this weekend as scheduled. The accumulative snowfall has been reset….
