Magical Miharashi, 16 February 2016
Wondering what the snow is like up there on the mountain? As it absolutely dumped this morning and we had 10cm of fresh snowfall on the 360niseko snow station in under 2 hours it would have been rude not to go up and smash out a few lines!! We just hit good old Miharashi for 3 laps. The snow was…..AWESOME! Didn’t start riding til 11 and there we still plenty of fresh lines to be had despite the longish line for the Hirafu Gondola. Unfortunately the side helmet camera mount didn’t handle the relentless faceshots too well and had to resort to shameless selfie stick and slo-mo to capture the pow wow – whatever. The snow is still falling and when the upper lifts open…..wow.
