There was no snow report yesterday.18cm was observed at 05:30 on the 10th of January.
*14cm or more has fallen in the last 48 hrs in Niseko. At 7:20 today the temperature was -8°C. Hard to say how much has come down in the last 24hrs as we did not clear the snow station yesterday. Yesterday we still go some snow flurries so safe to say it still “has not stopped snowing”. Warmer conditions are forecast today should see some epic roof slides so – beware from above. Skiing and boarding will be fun with plenty of untouched pow up for grabs. We are expecting to get slammed by a huge storm from tomorrow so make the most of it today.

360niseko Snow Station Readings Disclaimer
The 360niseko’s snow station for the 2021-22 season is in Higashiyama at 200m *The Hirafu Gondola is at 305m. Please be aware that this new reading is NOT in Hirafu village but a few kilometers down the road. There is always a deviation how and where the snow falls – the area is famous for micro climates and mini weather patterns. Some days there may be 10cm in Annupuri and 25cm in Hanazono and vice versa – some days 30cm of fresh snowfall comes down everywhere!! Altitude plays a big part as well so please don’t take the 360niseko snow readings as being definitive – the readings are taken from what is outside our house on the ground.
