*6.5cm of fresh snow has fallen in the last 24hrs in Hirafu Village. At 7:00 today the temperature was -1°C. After the deluge of snowfall over the last week it is nice to see Mt.Yotei again. Milder temperatures are expected for the remainder of the week so this morning may be the best time to sniff out some fresh powder tracks for the time being. Looks like it will be a beautiful day out there – enjoy.
