*23.7cm of fresh snow has fallen since yesterday morning and at 7:15am today the temperature was -7°C. This mornings clear weather plus the high grade powder will equal great riding and some crisp shots of Mt. Yotei.

During the first ten days of December 134cm of snow fell and with today’s fresh snow January has taken the lead with 149cm of snow fall in ten days in Hirafu village.

What’s happening today
With all the snow that’s fallen we will be catching the Swinging Monkey lift over to Hanazono for some early morning face shoots. Parallel, Silver Dream and of course Strawberry Fields will be the first runs of the day.
