*0cm of fresh snow has fallen in the last 24hrs in Hirafu Village. At 7:00 today the temperature was -2°C. Another beautiful sunrise. For the next few days spring is really forecast to arrive with temperatures approaching 10 degrees in Kutchan with lot’s of sunshine.

We have reached the stage in the season that unless we get some new snowfall our daily reports will be scaled back to a few times a week. There is some snowfall predicted for Sunday so let’s see what happens. All we can say is you never know what storms are brewing and late season pow turns are still possible!
