*0cm of fresh snow has fallen in the last 24hrs just outside of Hirafu Village. At 7:00 today the temperature was -1°C.
It is not the sweetest morning we have seen to start the new week but it is possible that the overcast conditions will burn off and we may be in for a repeat of yesterdays spectacular conditions.
Either way unseasonably warm conditions are forecast for the next fews before temperatures plummet on Wednesday when the next storm moves into the region.
