A little bit more.
*24.6cm of fresh snow has fallen since yesterday morning and at 7:50am today the temperature was -4°C.
22 November is named Shōsetsu (小雪) in Japanese and is one of the 24 Sekki. Shōsetsu literally means small snow, and the amount that’s fallen in the last 24 hours is small by Hokkaido standards!
This is what the snow storm looked like at 11am today at the Hirafu crossroads.
