Last week we had the chance to have dinner at Niseko newest Restaurant ginger. The restaurant is located in the ground floor of AYA Niseko.
The restaurant offers a Breakfast Buffet 7-10am, Lunch Menu 11-3pm, Apres 3-5pm and Dinner 6-10pm. We settled in for Dinner and were treated to a international menu with a Hokkaido theme.
To put is simply we found the dishes wholesome, fresh, refined and very moreish. To take a look at the menu in detail and make a booking please visit the ginger website.
