This year Summer has arrived early. Here in Niseko we are used to maybe a month of hot weather throughout late July and August. This year that has not been the case.

For the last week temperatures have been in the mid to high 20’s and today the mercury is forecast to rise to 31 and 30 tomorrow.
Niseko is close to lots of excellent swimming spots from rivers, to lakes and beaches. We are going to make the most of the warm spell and head out for a swim.
Temperatures are expected to return to the seasonal average in the low to mid 20’s on Friday. Hopefully the farmers will get some rain soon….it has been a while.
